Hello, I have a 1981 Chrysler 4hp. i have a manual for it and it has every part and part number in it for the entire engine,specs,ignition timing.My manual says 1 5/8 air screw for a starting position to run, than fine tune. There is no mention of the mark on the throttle cam for the throttle position as to where it suppose to line it up with the ignition plate??? Any idea where the mark on the throttle cam plate is suppose to line up??? thanks
