150 stalling when accelerate fast ( bogging)

it had the vro pump but it was removed and electic fuel pump was put in and the gas is mixed in the tank any suggestion to fix the problem

boone, not enough info.
Please post the year and model# to help narrow the problem. Did the motor run correctly before the VRO removal? In the meantime, check and clean the internal fuel filter and replace any inline filters.

It is a evinrude150xp model number e150stlcca year 1988

sometimes they just need a good link and sync. the carbs should start to open up before the timing is advanced. but otherwise +1 for what sparkie says!
