I bought a Terrova I-pilot. Now the question is what FF/GPS to get. I am around the $600 range. I have looked at Lows Elite 5 and hummingbirds rival. The question I have is does the US2 support down scan imaging or do you have to use the transducer that comes with these units which would basically render the US2 in the motor useless? Is it possible to run the DSI off the transom and still hook up the sonar off the US2 (essentially having two transducers running into the head unit) I really dont want to mount a transducer to the bottom or the trol motor if I dont have to. Be nice to keep it clean and wire free. Thoughts?
