I just bought a 2000 mercury 15 hp 4 stroke electric start. The engine runs great, starts up with ease. I currently do not have any of the part for the mechanical steering and electric starter switch/plug( not sure what it is called). This is all new to me, I had an old 2 stroke before that I steered in the back. So I am building and welding a box for the steering and throttle in my 16 ft aluminum boat. I just need info on where to find the right parts for the steering and starter. Any info will help. I have been looking online and I can't figure out exactly what I need.
