There are some manuals in the Adults only section.
Basically you need 4 quarts of 25W40 and a new oil filter for the engine
2 quarts of Mercury High Performance Gear Lube for the drive and a pump to put it in with.
Basic procedure is to attach pump to drain hole,
remove vent plug,
pump until it comes out the vent then put the vent plug back in
Then keep pumping until it starts entering the drive lube monitor
remove the pump and quick put the drain plug in
top off the drive lube monitor to the acceptable range
