2005 Johnson 90 hp problems

first the bulb will not firm up solid. It has been replaced and checked. At the same time this started to happen I started getting a vibration in the motor that lasts about 5 sec. and occurs about every 30 sec.. When this happens rpms drop about 300 then go back up.It seems to go away at full rpms. I would like to fine the service bullitens on this motor. Any ideas?

the bulb should pump up tight with the engine not running. with the engine running it will not get tight. you may have a leak somewhere, pump it hard and look for leak or listen for air. maybe carbs need cleaning.
