cant find it anywhere.is there any others that fit...btw its an 83 monkey wards

It is not a monkey wards, boater. It is a Sea King. Montgomery Ward sold them, they didn't make them.

Go to the Engine FAQs Forum, Salvage yards list. Someone in there should have the cowl for you. You will probably need to give them the model number.

i cant find one anywhere..there has to be another type/model that fits this outboard..so aggrevating not having a cover

Which salvage yards did you ask? What model number did you give them?

There is probably a Chrysler or Force cowl that will fit, but you have to tell them exactly what you have.

got tcoutboards and lansing an a new salvage that wasnt on list hildebrand marine,,hope one has it... dont want to have to make one

figures..... i have a basic mold of the cowling...and then i get a call someone found a factory one for me....

always seems to happen that way!! continue with the cowl tho, would be nice to see how it progresses!!

Boater-how did you make the mold? I have a 82 15hp that I got without the cowl could use a little help. I have called and nobody has one. Where did u find yours?
