Fair purchase price for 2006 model 196FF fun deck.

Good morning everyone,

I found a very nicely maintained and low hour 2006 model 196ff on the market and I have been trying to get some idea of a fair purchase price to offer the seller. Asking prices seem to be all over the place. Would anyone have any recommendations for a good source to determine a fair price. Any personal observations on what you think might be a fair price to offer? The seller is asking 20K for the boat.

Thanks for the estimation LT . Would your 12k number include both the trailer and 115 hp Yamaha?

Last year, 2004 202 model with 4.3L I/O with brand new trailer sold for $15k here in Canada. We tend to be a little higher than the market but I'd suspect no more than 14-15K max.

Last year with the 115HP Yamaha (brand new, without trailer) these were under $19K.
