Evinrude 112 spl. model number question?

I have outboard 112spl. That im not sure what the year or model number is in order to buy the correct
replacement parts. Thanks for any help!. It has a brass circle with the # 1856 15 BT2 . And a stamp on the metal that is not very clear# G9602119

Check around the transom mounts for an id plate or sticker.....the model number will be on it.

If that's a fail.....next best thing would be to post some pics.....provided the original livery hasnt been changed someone here should be be able to id it from those.....

Thanks for the help! I found the model number and serial #. It had been painted over!
