77 MERCURY 7.5 Only getting spark to bottom cylinder

As said in title. Motor will start and run on one cylinder. Top jug is not seeing spark. I am not good at electrical issues. Please give me some tips or advice on what to check or test to get this engine running. I only have 200$ invested in it as of now.

I tried switching leads to the coils. Both coils fired off same set of col leads from the switch box. Does this sound like a faulty switch box?
