Won't run much above idle unless choke is pulled fully out,motor was running great sat idle for 2 months then this condtion occured.,used stabil upon advent of idle period

It sounds like you may need to pull your carb down and rebuild it. You probably have some obstuctions in the fuel passages.

+1 on the carb rebuild. I did my first rebuild on my 25R73 and it was easier than I thought, just follow the manual.
