Help! 1989 17 1/2ft Skeeter Bass Boat Removing Cap

I am currently working on a 1989 skeeter boat that was just purchased runs good and looks good but transom is rotted and alot of water is coming in any help would be very helpfull I'm needing to know how is the best way to remove the cap or top half of boat I am not wanting to mess anything up and can handle rebuilding transom just need to know how to get to the transom thanks for everyones time! p.s. I hafta get out and get some fish this year and this is my only hope

Ya can get started by pullin' the rub rail, 'n all the rivets, 'n screws in it...

Also, the guys here can help you out with whatever info you need, but they are going to ask for pictures, so they can see what you see...

One of the ways is by getting a free photobucket account, loading your pics there, and using the IMG tag, post the pics here when you reply to post...
