My '93 40 h.p. Evinrude is running on only 1 cylinder.
I have swapped the spark plugs and there is no change.
When I pull the top plug wire off, the engine still runs. Yet when I pull the bottom plug wire off, the engine dies.
On the top plug wire, when the engine is running, there is very little fire coming from the plug wire.
Could someone please help me to troubleshoot this problem?
