Hey guys,
I'm having a problem with my 97 80 hp 2 stroke that I've had now for about a year. this is the first issue since I've gotten the boat. It's a little hard to explain but basically when I first push the throttle forward to try and get up on plain the motor is kinda bogging, sometimes I can push the throttle almost all the way forward and it's still bogged down, if I keep the RPMs past about 2000 it will eventually start to slowly "work out" of the bogging and take off as it should. The only thing I can think of is something with the gas or carbs. The boat has been sitting for about 2 to 3 months without being started..... Please help!
