hello everyone. im having a problem with my 88 yamaha 25hp outboard. when giving it gas after in gear the motor bogs down after a quarter of the way on the throttle. it doesnt stall out or nothing but just will not open up and go over 10mph.. here is a list of everything i have done, but the problem is still there. replaced the old metal gas can with a brand new plastic one that has the vent screw opened up on the gas cap. new fuel hose with new fuel connector clips on both ends (used same primer bulb because it was replaced three seasons ago.) new inline fuel filter and unscrewed the fuel cup and blew out the plastic screen filter that sits inside.. took carbs off and had my buddy who is a auto mechanic clean them both out and adjust air screws back to the settings that the manual called for. and the last thing i did was replaced plugs with the correct gap... one thing i did do when it was boging down was squeezed the primer bulb a couple times .. the bulb stayed hard every time i squeezed it and the motor didnt run any better or any worse. just wondering what else i should try... thanks.....
