Thank Silvertip, it worked !

Silvertip, I wanted to thank you so much for all of your pointers, diagrams and advice. (Thanks to you other guys who gave me some pointers too).

Everthing worked awesome. My three way switch is working, the bow lights are working, the anchor light. The bilge pump is installed and working. All of the wiring is working great. I managed to get the main feeds inside the gunnel. The circuit braker is installed, all good.

I used heat shrink ends to the wires at the battery and circuit breaker, and it is nice and neat. I used wire wrap on the wire runs that were not in the gunnel. It all looks neat, and works well. I ran the hose in the boat for a few minutes, and than tried the bilge pump, it worked awesome.

Thanks again for taking the time to mentor me. I could not have done it without your help and diagrams.

Now I need to find a motor. I may be in touch when I do, as I don't know how to install a motor.
