Constructed out of aluminum diamond plate and aluminum plating and square stock bolted to the bow ...very strong(have better pictures but file size to large) with a bigfoot switch attached to diamond plate

this mount is constructed from aluminum diamond plate and aluminum plate/ bolted to square tubing/also square stock bolted underneath through the bow plate/handle (very strong) which handles the thrust from the minn kota 45lb transom mount motor very well (the handle has been unbolted and rotated 180 degrees clockwise,so the handle faces you)...having the motor in the middle makes for easy/straight steering and the bigfoot switch is a inexpensive but effective investment...i run two 12 volt batteries hooked together maintaining a 12 volt current right up front and the (switch ties in easily here to a 50 amp fuse)which i can run all day without worrying about losing effecient thrust. the mount is ideal for aluminum boat owners who dont want to spend more on bow mount trolling motors with huge mounting plates taking up room on the bow.

i see boat owners on here looking for ways to mount there transom trolling motors and i think this set up is strong and works great and you dont have to spend alot to accomplish this.
