Electrical Issues

I have a 18.8 Wahoo w 115 Yamaha. Over the winter my battery was stolen along w everyone else's where it was stored. Since replacing the battery having numerous issues and trying to isolate the problem. Bow lights no longer work and the new battery has gone dead several times. I charged the battery today, cleaned all connections, and the motor cranked. Unhooked connections from the battery and the motor kept running so dont think its the charging unit in the motor.

any thoughts on things I can check. - has motor and two other connectors that run the dash and lights. + has motor and bilge connector

also anyone know how to clean rule pro 750 auto bilge. the auto float is not working
