Mercruiser 888 info needed

Hi all,

I just bought a 1972 Cruiser Inc. boat 22 ft with a Mercruiser 888 outdrive.

I dont know the firing order and where to set the distributor cap to start. Also the wiring for the starter and coil/ solenoid and from battery to starter key starter.
