I brought the boat up for the spring season and it won't start...no spark. I've checked the primary side as directed in the manual, and it appears good. I replaced the coil just in case...no luck. I checked the power to the positive side of the coil...about 12 volts. When I turn the key on, it drops to nearly 1 volt. I connected a cable directly from the pos battery post to the pos side of the coil, and it still won't run. I have tried disconnecting each of the gauges to determine which is going to ground, including the tach, and the drop in voltage is still there. Any suggestions?
