We purchases a 99 smokercraft with a Johnson 50 on it last summer. Well the guage that tells you the oil is low or water temp was broke. He told me he had ordered another well boat ran fine that day. Ok guage came to me before the next trip. To the lake. I installed it started up and water temp light went off but water is coming out of the motor. So I disconnected well now its weird sometimes. The boat runs ok for a while and then it will skip if you go above 2200 but run fine under that. You can cut off key and restart sometimes and it will run fine for abwhile bit will do again. I want to get this fixed does anyone have any ideas. Bare with me I'm on phone internet
