Lower Unit Re-build Question (Gasket adesive)

I have a 2001 Johnson 100 hp Model # J100WPLSIF I am redoing the seals and the water pump. Have the lower part done but while reading the instructions that came with the water pump kit it says to use Gasket adhesive 847 for an o-ring and lower impeller housing seal. I have been to many Auto parts stores and marines..nobody seems to know what I am talking about. I googled it and found that is made by 3m. Just wondering instead of having to order this little tube of adesive if there is some sort of alternative I can Use? Or maybe a better place to look. I've even tried an industrial supply store.

For the waterpump I used Permetex Aviation (brush in cap) for the gaskets, and the oring that called for it. I also used silicone for an oring under the SS liner in the waterpump cover (I think).
