Help! Did I just blow up my circuit breakers?

I have a 22' cuddy cabin that runs off of two Group 31 batteries. One battery for the starter motor and one for the electronics. They both run to an AB Switch. This past weekend I flooded the engine trying to restart while out fishing. I kept cranking and cranking and drained the starter battery. I flipped it over to the electronics battery and it turned over. When I got back to the dock I switched my two batteries back. Unfortunately when I went to hook up the starter battery I put the rings on the wrong terminals (they aren't labeled). Big sparks flew when I put the negative cable on the positive of the starter battery. Now my fuse panel won't turn on. The engine however does start and the hydro works. The electrics battery does go through a buss panel and then eventually runs into this. http://bluesea.com/products/4376

Is it even possible to blow out every one of the circuit breakers on here by just putting the negative cable on the positive? Or am I missing something here. I've tried unplugging and resetting the push button breakers on the fuse panel. I'm at a loss here. any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have 12 volts at the bus panel?

There is likely a Hidden Fuse in the lead right after the battery and before the Buss panel.

I don't see a fuse near the bus panel. The bus panel is in the cuddy cabin. The AB switch is near the back of the boat by the engine. Would it be somewhere after the AB switch? Its not possible to fry the circuit breaker like this is it?

Go to your panel and measure for voltage just before the main breaker. If you have voltage then check for voltage across main breaker. No voltage before main breaker means there is a fuse or another breaker tripped somewhere. Look where the battery switches are and see if there isn't a main breaker there.

It is not a matter of Seeing anything other than the voltage.
You need to Measure the Voltage at the breakers, Buss Panel and A/B Switch.
Where the Voltage stops is where the problem is.

It is highly unlikely that you did any damage to any Breakers. The electronics is another story!
Breakers do not have polarity, so do not care which way the power runs.

Probability says that you have one problem, Not seven!

Look near the battery switch. There are usually fuses or circuit breakers within a couple of feet for main power to accessory panels. Not all boats are wired the same or even have original wiring, so it's impossible to say where they will be.
