Low compression on one cyl, weak spark on one or more cyls, dirty carbs?
Systematic troubleshoot your problem, start with a simple compression test, when all cyls are close to the same then check for a hot blue arc across a 7/16 inch gap. If that is fine then order carb rebuild kits and start cleaning carbs, but ONLY after ensuring compression and ignition are up to 'snuff.
