I stupidly broke my motor off the transom, got a new midection (driveshaft/exhaust housing) and can't figure out where a rubber peice that fell out goes.
Any suggestions?
I really thought it went in like the second photo, but the housing will not fit on the block like that. So maybe it goes in like the first photo, but then I don't get its function.
Can't find anything about this in my selco, and can't find the part on parts diagrams from website .........net etc
