hope someone has an idea, last time out motor hard to start and surging when trying to get on plane. what I've found so far fuel pump making a thumping sound fuel pressure gauge bounces from 40 to 90psi. checked voltage at pump pos term 12.6 neg term bounces from 2.5 to 12 volts pump never times out also. checked all filters all ok any ideas on what would cause the ecu to vary the pump driver circuit voltage.
