Fuel pump to carb fuel line fittings

I have a 1966 Evinrude ski twin using a new fuel pump (iboats Part # 18-7352). Problem is, the fuel nipple on my carb is 3/16" and the fuel pump is 3/8". What are my options for fitting my fuel line to my carb? Can I go to my local hardware store and use some reducing brass fittings?

You wouldn't have that problem if you had bought a 18-7351. But too late now, so yes make up some conversion fittings from the hardware store. Maybe easier try someplace like Auto Zone. They have nylon reducer fittings of many kinds.
