Strangest thing..

Hi There,
Last week i fitted new oil seals and a new crank seal to my 1998 Evinrude 25 BE25ELECE and it was running absolutely fantasticly. Put it away for the week on the back of the boat. Came to start it today, it slightly fired then nothing, good spark,good fuel but the compression has dropped from around 130psi to 100.. I really have no idea why, when i lifed the engines lower unit of out my test tank alot of fuel and water came out of the prop..
Any ideas really stumped.

It may have done, it fired briefy and then nothing. Have taken the head off gasket appears okay but will change it anyway i think. Dont know what else could be the problem. Although the plugs were very clean and wet looking which indicates water may have got in?
