No spark

HI
I changed out my gauges with new ones and when tried to start engine I noticed i wasnt getting any spark on either engines, just wondering if i didnt connected tachs right would that cause no spark. Its just wired everything was find until I changed the gauges and the fact that its both motors. Thank for the help.

I think you may have a tach wire in the wrong place. Try disconecting them to see if you ger spark first. you can then trace it down from there.

what gauges did you replace? how far back did you replace (like a brand new wire from tach to coil or a cut and paste) if you just cut the wire i would quicker think you connected the gauge wrong. A poorly wired tach or old tach can cause a world of problems (it even blew 2 coils on my engine)

You may have missed one of the purple wires on the instruments. One of those purple wires continues on to the coil.
