all lines are clear on this 9.9. We just purchased the boat, and it would not pump, initially thought impeller issue but upon inspection, it was fine. we replaced it anyways. It will not pump. All lines are clear and blown out. We have got it to pump by cracking the seal on the leg?? any ideas ?
