My new motor has a 5 blad prop on it?

I just bought a used 2002 mercury 75hp 2stroke and it came with a 5 blade stainless merc prop..I have not had a chance to take it out yet since i just finished the install of the motor this week.. I thought a 5 blad prop on a 75hp motor is a bit overkill..Guy i bought the motor from said its a $700 prop?

What should i expect for this prop? Its on my 2002 carolina skiff semi v:eek:

I believe they produce a good hole shot, resist venting,probably allow higher height and trim.
However It's possible that some of their affect is lost on smaller horspower.
Read "read this first" at the top of the page,make some runs and get as much info as possible to us.
