Hello just pick up a johnson 15 hp model j15recr outboard today in a trade for my rebuild 1968 envirude sportwin 9.5hp. Seems to be in decent shape and fires right up. Lookng to change the spark plugs it has some ngk b9hs10 plugs in there now but they are a bit worn out and want to replce them. Are these the correct plugs and what is the correct gap settings? Can any one help?

Recommended plug for that mtr is Champion QL82C gapped at .030 ". For extended idle use QL86C or L86C gapped at .030 ".

Try a BRP dealer or you haven't got the right parts house.
