Hello,

I am in a bit of a pickle here. I have a 1996 Suzuki DT55 outboard with a hand tiller. The shift cable is connected to the tiller and it was a bit sticky this spring. I put a bit too much pressure to try and free the cable and I broke the little piece that keeps the cable securely fasted to the shifter/tilt control itself. I assume that I need some type of connection kit to repair this, but I cannot for the life of me find a part number in my maintenance manual or with a web search. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Brownspoint.com, Suzuki microfiche and I think you want the CLUTCH LEVER page. Hope this helps.
