I was expecting a pallet today at my residence. They called last week while I was on vacation at 5am local (not their fault no, annoying, yes) to schedule delivery today between 4 and 7pm, that's when they "do their residential deliveries" so around noon I'm at costco doing my usual weekend things when I get a call from the driver... at my house... at noon... wondering why I'm not there. Then he proceeds to argue with me as to the scheduled delivery time. This is the third time in a year (all three pallets I've received..) that they've pulled similar crap.
