i have a mercruiser 120hp and i cant find any serial sheets to get the year the serials are
2584350 and 4530968 thank you in advance for your help

Is one number the engine and the other the outdrive? If so, which number is for the engine?

If that is the correct engine tag, the engine would be a 1977. Not sure about the other tag, don't really need a closeup picture of the tag, back up so we can see where it's located.

Here is where you normally find the engine and drive serial numbers for the 3.0 and the 2.5L (120).

the sterndrive has the serial scratched off and the first pic is located where the A is in the diagram my boat is wrapped up right now but in a few days ill get to start working on it
also it has no tags in/out for any info on it do you have any ideas about what it mite be here are some pics

The engine serial number tag should be on a tag riveted to the block, not a sticker on the electrical connector.

Below is a better picture of the SN tag location.
Also, you will bet a lot better response to what kind of boat it is if you post those pics over in the Boat Topics forum. This forum is for the engine and drive only, and gets less traffic for boat ID.

That tag belongs on a 1969.
