83 115 evinrude not trimming and how to manually trim up

I took the boat out and the motor was trimmed down and would not tirm up. I just got the boat and not sure how to amnually trimm it up so i can transport the boat i have i t on the trailer. Batteries are fully charged.

There's a slotted screw on the stbd side of the stern bracket. Loosen it 1 and 1/2 turns and you should be able to raise it manually.
