Best anti seize for plugs

So what would be the best anti seize for plugs on a Merc 150 XR6? Lithium or copper based?
Your thoughts would be appreciated.

They both work fine, I use lithium myself, any is better tnan none.

Yeah man, glad to see someone doing things correctly. I sure do hate it when I see stripped cylinder head threads.

Thanks--I have plenty of lithium around--but wasn't sure on the outboard. Thanks again.
