Just picked up a new boat after sellign my ski boat. this is the first time i have owned an outboard. Its a triton 19TR with a 2000 175 mercury EFI. Everyone i have talked to recommends disconnecting the oil injection and mixing gas manually. Wondering if anyone else recommends this?
Also if i do mix manually what type of oil do i use and what is the mix. Ive heard like 50:1, but what does that really mean!
Sorry for the stupid questions, just use to an inboard rather than an outboard!
