I need to do the same thing but haven't started looking for where to buy it yet. My first thought was the windshield manufacturer. In my case (lund) down in the corner of the glass it says Rain Bonnet, also the same mfger of the full top. So I was intending to call them.
How bout the dealer?
Actually I need to replace the rubber that holds the glass in as well as it all shrunk back. Correction: I don't have to replace it, I want to replace it cuz it looks bad. :)

Sorry it took so long but I was having the motor worked on....
Anyway...here is mine...
I called Taylor Made and they informed me that this has been disconntinued however I know that this is out there somewhere maybe as something else...
Possibly in a sheet that strips could be cut from...?
It is aprox 3/8 in X about 5/8 in.....
It is a foam rubber of some type...pretty dense...
