Tiller Handle for a 1993 Evinrude 15 HP Longshaft?

Howdy fellas!

So I picked up this OB to be used as a kicker for my Islander...

...and I'm wondering, can I add a tiller handle to it? I did a bit of searching and can't seem to find what I would need. Can you guys help me out? Part number or something?

I fear even if I can add one it may be waaayyy too much $$ anyway.

My current plan is to just tie it in with the main and steer at the helm.

i cant find any pure assembly handle stearing on boats net
i would look on ebay to find one made in 93-2005.it doesnt matter if its 9.9 or 15 but only 2 stroke
