Hi,
I have an 86 Stratos bass boat that I just picked up that is equipped with dual Minn Kota Deck Hand anchor winches. One problem, the winches will not retract the anchor up. They will retract IF you take the weight off the rope. The battery tests at 12.7 Volts, too. I find it hard to believe that BOTH systems would be faulty. Anyone want to take a stab at this one???
