Need to install a new ignition switch for a 1985 30HP Mariner Outboard. (Serial: 30E 689S 106748)
Can someone tell me what type of marine ignition switch I need for this particular engine? Also, where does each colored wire from the engine harness go on the switch.

Thanks Much,

James

Re: Marine Ignition Switch

A standard marine 'Push-To-Choke" switch will do the job.

The wires go on the same terminals they came off of. Each terminal has a letter along side it. Transfer one at a time.
