Good morning all

Finally took out my "new to me 1996 Cajun", Ragin Cajun 185SC, 1991 E150Gleis. During take off, steering wheel pulled extremely hard right. Coming off plane did just the opposite and went hard left.

I'm new at owning bass boats but none of my buddies boat did this. Any suggestions on what might be happening? I would also like to adjust steering wheel to where it is aligned horizontally, if you know what i mean.

I have a 4 blade prop

That sounds a lot like prop walk. Missing a steering fin? Maybe there is something about your motor and hull design that make you more susceptible to it than your buddies. Fewer/smaller chines maybe? Can't help you with the alignment. I'm sure one of the gurus will get with you in time.
