Re-assemble AI,GII?

Hi, Me again:

When I sepaarated the upper from the lower, this plastic "filler wall" fell out. Is there a specific way this has to go into the slots and how would I get it to stay there?

Actually I do have the manual, but I couldn't find anything about the wall. There was info about the dam and whether it was a aluminum or rubber and what to do in either case. I didn't see anything about the wall. Could you direct me to the place where it describes the procedure, please.

edit: I read from page 3B-75 to 3B-79 and didn't see any mention of that filler wall

If it's distorted by heat, replace it. Use the Ultra blue sealant to hold it in place.

Thanks Don;

Actually, its perfect. I figured that might be the way to do it as they used that stuff to seal the aluminum dam. There isn't one in mine as it was replaced with the rubber plug.

Sometimes thing that make sense to a trucker don't always make sense in other applications. Just wanted to make sure.
