Tilt/Trim for 2006 Yamaha 150

I opened the screw for the trim to go down so that I could pump the air and fluid out of the reservoir. The motor went completely down now I can't lift it back up to refill the reservoir. Someone please tell the the best way to lift the motor back up to lock it so the I can refill the trim reservoir.

The motor is heavy, but should be able to lift back up with that screw opened like you had it for going down.
Maybe open it a little farther if there is too much resistance and get help lifting or a hoist.
