O,K I have never done this before so hope I am doing it right. I am sure this has been asked a hundred times. I have a Yamaha 90 20" shaft. The id tag is missing. I have another motor that is a 98, this one seems to be the same. I was told it was a 97. My question is this. What years are interchangable for the lower unit. I have been searching and asking for 2 weeks now, and get multible answer. I need to buy one, but need to know it will fit.
