Going to look at a pontoon with a 2005 Johnson 115 4 stokre this weekend,anyhing i shpild ask or look for,it suppose to have only 28 hours on it,was sold in 2007
take it to a dealer and get them to check it out, a test run where you can run it in all RPM ranges would be best also. If you buy it I would have it serviced immediately unless it was just done by previous owner.
That is one sweet motor....very impressed with what Suzuki has turned into in recent years with outboards....I think we all know what the old 2 stroke zukis are good for.....but the 4 strokes are just great, even as good as a yama. enjoy
