Old carb. kit part numbers (?)

I have an old Delco Rochester package, I think it's a Mercruiser carb. kit
The numbers on this package are 7016241 and 40-269 also stamped 1397-2102 .
What carb. is this kit for? What years? What are the new numbers?
Any other info. you can tell me?

The 1397-2102 is the part number for a carb kit, an old 1963 Inline 6 140 and the 64-66 6cyl 150's. Single barrel carb.
