15hp Zincs/anodes?

Hi, I've just received my authentic service manual and checked it over to look for zinc anodes - there aren't any holes in the cavitation plate as I anticipated there might be - can anyone direct me to a schematic to illustrate where they might go and how many? The manual doesn't seem to mention them at first glance. Thanks

Every small outboard i've seen have always had them near the back of the cavitation plate. Drill your own holes and use SS hardware. Probably get away with just one.

If you do mount it on anti-ventilation plate, put it on the top of it.

K thanks - theres none in the water jacket, inside the cylinders, or near the powerhead then? ( a Yamaha I saw had both)

This would be the only one you have on this OMC/BRP product.
