You need to troubleshoot logically. You're description isn't very detailed. There are real gurus on this site that could probably hone in on the problem given more info. In general terms, if it's something simple, you either have a spark or fuel issue. However, first order is to do a compression test. If a cylinder is low (and not within ~10% of the others), you have a series issue. If compression is good, take a spark tester and make sure you're getting sufficient fire at each cylinder. If spark is good, you likely have a fuel issue (my initial guess given the short description). Without a load, most 2-strokes can run on 1-2 cylinders. If you determine it's a fuel issue, perhaps a carb overhaul is in order. You might also make absolutely sure each carb is getting fuel. Best of luck
